Mrs. Phillips, as President Chief Executive Officer of INFRADANT provides leadership in ensuring the company delivers innovation and competence to support and service our customers. Her dedication is not only to achieving excellence in exceeding customers' expectations, but Helen is committed to adding value to each endeavor through building better relationships with customers, community and employees.
Career Accomplishments:
Helen brings nearly 20 years of healthcare and legal research development, services and operations management experience. She has worked for various companies. In 2009, Mrs. Phillips co-founded and principle owner of INFRADANT
Her strengths include research and development. These teams provide the highest level of engagement, enthusiasm and confidence for every challenge, which results in superior performance and value added for the customer, the individual’s growth and the community.
Mrs. Phillips holds a Legal Degree from Tampa State University.

Mr. Phillips He brings 25 years of experience and is critical to the success of operations for our Department of Defense contracts ensuring safety as a priority, as well as providing effective leadership development of responsibilities associated with these contracts.
Career Accomplishments:
Mr. Phillips served in various companies and positions that included DoD contractors, PMO-green technology data center operations manager, vitalization management, database manager, data warehouse application, IT manager and P&L.
Mr. Phillips served as Sr. Project Analyst with Raytheon, a $20.3 billion public company (NYSE Symbol:RTN) a technology leader specializing in defense, homeland security, and other government markets throughout the world. Under the leadership of Mr. Phillips Raytheon, Generated positive ROI, TCO bottom-line impact of a contact for the DISA business systems and security application for the US Navy and USAir Force, Airspace Management Systems Project.
Mr. Phillips played an instrumental role in establishing many companies as the worldwide leader in marketing of business application systems, accessories and software/hardware for the application instrumentation market. While at several companies,
Mr. Phillips was instrumental in conceiving and implementing a customer strategy that resulted in a 25% increase in revenues.
Mr. Phillips generated positive bottom-line impact of a contact for a Deltek Accounting System-SAP, SaaS, Open-Source (ERP) for the corporate business applications, for the corporate customer service and information systems departments.
Mr. Phillips strong diversified leadership experience in both Department of Defense contracting and operational roles is unique and he is a proven initiator and confident leader with a record of accomplishment of successful accomplishments.
Mr. Phillips in-process of a BA in Business Administration Management,
holds a B.S. Business Administration Management, and Specialization Project Management.
Attended The Massanutten Military Academy, Which is a Military ROTC Leadership/Officership Candent School. Honorable ROTC Military highest-ranking Cadet Lieutenant Colonel – Corps. Battalion Commander, awards that included The Order of Medal World Wars.
